ServiceNow Team is in charge of
  • Ensure the development of new functionalities for specific projects;
  • Manage maintenance actions of the instances;
  • Manage and guarantee instance settings;
  • Keep the instances in operational condition;
  • Provide user support.
Main Technical Requirements
  • Nice to have ServiceNow experience (but training on the software is planned);
  • Nice to have Javascript knowledge;
  • Nice to have REST API knowledge;
  • Nice to have Web languages (HTML, CSS, Angular JS)

Other Requirements
  • Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
  • Good level of French is a nice to have (but not mandatory, also language classes are provided);
  • Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment;
  • Willingness to learn and develop;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team.
Language
  • English: Advanced (mandatory).
  • Portuguese: Fluent (mandatory).

Local: Porto-Portugal.
Model: Hybrid (1 day minimum per week at the office, 8 days minimum per month).
Duration: Long-Term Projetc (1 years at least).
